Position Summary

The Retail Sales Brand Ambassador plays a crucial role in driving sales by connecting with customers and sharing in-depth product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience. This position is responsible for cultivating a loyal clientele and serving as the primary expert for the specific brand or area represented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by prioritizing customer needs.
  • Act as a liaison between designated brands and the Customer Experience Manager.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized by managing product placement and replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate signage for promotions and markdowns throughout the store.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to boost sales and profitability.
  • Build and nurture brand-specific customer relationships to support local marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate and execute vendor-sponsored events to enhance sales and customer engagement.
  • Utilize POS systems efficiently, including features like Search and Send.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience is necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and energetic demeanor.
  • Comfortable using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and convert them into loyal clients.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements
  • This role involves continuous movement and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
  • May require occasional bending, kneeling, or climbing.
  • Vision capabilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
