About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Retail Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service, building relationships with clients, and helping them find the perfect furniture solutions for their homes.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and engage customers, understanding their home furnishing needs and providing personalized recommendations
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
* Build rapport with clients, earning their trust and loyalty through exceptional product knowledge and interpersonal skills
* Develop and maintain a customer base through networking and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
