Provider Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Provider Relations Representative to join our team at Dexian DISYS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining open communication between our client and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and educate providers on company policies and payment procedures.
- Coordinate the resolution of provider contracts, agreements, and payment problems.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
- Educate providers on policies, procedures, and data integrity.
- Ensure department and provider compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities and projects to support provider contract requirements.
- 4 years' experience in provider service or health industry.
- High School or equivalent education.
