Job Summary
Anderson Regional Health System seeks a skilled Athletic Training Specialist to provide ongoing athletic training services. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, BOC certification, and current State or MS Athletic Trainer licensure. A minimum of 3 years experience with team sports is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of duties requiring specific knowledge of the clinic's policies and procedures.
Meet the clinic's professional, clinical, technical, communication, and documentation requirements and standards.
Make decisions based on established guidelines.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
BOC certification and current State or MS Athletic Trainer licensure.
Minimum of 3 years experience with team sports.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Decision-making skills to make treatment assessments based on quick injury evaluation.
Ability to analyze injuries and convert data into meaningful medical chart reports.
Effective interpersonal skills to communicate both in person and in writing.
Ability to interact with management, doctors, professional staff, patients, general public, and local schools and sports teams.
