We are in search of enthusiastic and dedicated professionals who demonstrate strong work ethics and a genuine commitment to working with individuals with disabilities. We are currently looking for qualified candidates for the following role:

Employment Support Specialist - Shifts available from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM.

This position involves creating and facilitating employment and training opportunities for individuals with disabilities, building and maintaining relationships with community employers, and managing relevant documentation associated with these responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Possession of a valid MD driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to meet the diverse physical demands of the program assignments.
  • Ideal candidates should be capable of working independently.
