Position Summary:
The Guest Services Coordinator will report directly to the Center Director. This role serves as a trusted representative for Fountain Life members, ensuring exceptional service at every interaction while providing administrative support to all office personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide members and prospective members along a defined Customer Experience Journey, contributing to ongoing enhancement initiatives.
- Respond to phone inquiries, assisting members with questions and scheduling, while directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Engage with members and potential members to identify and coordinate services tailored to their individual objectives.
- Ensure that member care reflects Fountain Life's luxurious and exclusive brand positioning.
- Manage incoming digital inquiries and facilitate communication between health providers, program advisors, and members.
- Build strong relationships with members and prospective members to ensure an optimal experience and foster lifelong loyalty.
- Process orders as required.
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma is required.
Essential Skills:
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to resolve issues independently or seek assistance as necessary.
- Commitment to a health-and-wellness-oriented lifestyle.
- Flexible availability.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service, guest relations, or membership management; sales experience is advantageous.
- Associate's degree in business, social sciences, social work, nursing, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Healthcare Management Systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
