Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our CRM system daily to document all essential interactions and oversee the sales pipeline.
- Manage the contract process by establishing rapport and addressing client objections effectively.
- Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries and client requests for information.
- Conduct research on investment strategies, real estate market dynamics, and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other necessary documentation for transactions.
- Ensure seamless transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Engage with a significant volume of warm leads daily.
- Cultivate and convert leads into executed contracts.
- Secure signed contracts through effective communication.
- Structure offers that align with our business model.
- Finalize real estate transactions.
- Provide insights on enhancing and optimizing our sales processes.
Qualifications:
- A 4-year degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is highly preferred.
- A passion for sales and a strong drive to excel are essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with superior phone etiquette, are required.
Experience:
- Real Estate Acquisitions/Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Outbound Sales: 2 years (Required)
- Lead Management: 3 years (Preferred)
Compensation:
$90,000+ At Plan
Additional Responsibilities:
- Engaging with a high volume of warm leads daily.
- Nurturing and converting leads into signed contracts.
- Securing signed contracts through effective communication.
- Structuring offers that fit our business model.
- Finalizing real estate transactions.
- Providing feedback on optimizing our sales process.
