Millwright Maintenance Specialist

Goodyear is seeking a skilled Millwright Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Millwright Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide variety of machinery and mechanical equipment in our manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to identify and resolve issues.
- Interpret drawings and diagrams to understand equipment installation and operation.
- Perform preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
- Work safely and follow all safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Millwright Journeyman's card or 3 years equivalent experience required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at heights.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings and diagrams.
