About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Client Liaison to join our team at VESH – West Springfield. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for both pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact with clients, responding to inquiries in a warm, friendly, and confident manner.
  • Promote our culture of excellence and commitment to high-quality customer service and patient care.
  • Manage the client's journey, from gathering accurate client/patient information to invoicing.
  • Ensure clients fully understand their pet's situation and associated charges.
  • Helping clients understand their pet's condition by escalating calls to medical staff to help determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Coordinate triage for walk-in patients by calling nursing staff for evaluations.
  • Serve as the central contact between clients, medical, and management teams.
  • Direct information and inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Handle RDVM callbacks, faxes, and inquiries.
  • Oversee reception area operations, including financial transactions and medical recordkeeping.
