Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Community Veterinary Partners in Springfield, VA. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing patient flow, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and their pets.
  • Process payments, handle client communications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing waitlists, and coordinating with veterinarians and veterinary technicians.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and their pets.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and veterinary technicians.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using veterinary software preferred.
