The La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club is seeking a dedicated Guest Room Quality Supervisor to ensure our accommodations meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining our reputation as a premier destination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards
- Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and address any guest requests or special projects
- Maintain effective communication with the Front Office regarding room status and guest assistance requests
- Complete a minimum of five room inspection reports daily and track progress
- Notify maintenance of any required repairs and ensure proper follow-up
- Manage inventory of linens and coordinate laundry orders
- Uphold the club's commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Physical capability to perform essential job functions, including lifting and moving items as necessary
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a hospitality environment
Work Environment:
- Engage with various departments including Engineering and Front Desk
- Adapt to a dynamic work schedule that may include weekends and holidays
- Maintain a focus on safety and adherence to company policies
