We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Clinician to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a Behavioral Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, direct care staff members, family members, guardians, and collateral individuals regarding an individual's progress.
- Develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and other pertinent meetings as required.
- Complete monthly and/or quarterly progress notes.
- Organize training to certify staff and other team members are competent in the implementation of the behavior intervention plan and/or documentation sheets.
- Must have experience with behavioral intervention and/or strong educational emphasis on learning and developmental psychology.
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, and moving from seated to standing regularly.
