As a Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and forming lasting relationships with our clients. You will have the opportunity to grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. If you have a valid FINRA Series 7 license, enjoy working in a team setting, and share our passion for serving clients, this role is for you.

What You'll Bring
  • A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients
  • Strong candidates will also learn to leverage our team of Schwab specialists, our advice guidelines, and their knowledge of the markets to help clients achieve their goals
  • Openness to managing wealth on behalf of our clients, including retirement planning, education planning, investment management, and more
  • Ability to adapt and implement change as the market and business conditions evolve
  • Passion for community engagement and sharing market insights with clients
  • Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience and further your own professional development in wealth management
