Job Summary

We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reporting decks that showcase our business performance against comparatives, including plan, last year, and forecast.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze the performance of specific businesses versus goals and plans, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • SG&A Budgeting: Develop and manage the segment's SG&A budget, ensuring effective expense control and communication.
  • Presentations: Create engaging presentations for management, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Partner with division business leaders to provide financial support for decision-making, and assist more senior leaders with variance analysis and reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Support process improvement planning and implementation, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Language: Proficient in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated analytical curiosity and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills required, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience: Prior experience in FP&A or a related field preferred.
