About the Role

As a Business Systems Analyst at Badger Daylighting Corp, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through the effective implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Applications. In this position, you will serve as a subject matter expert and operating resource for a subset of our Oracle Cloud platform, working closely with functional heads of departments, IT, and project teams to create innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Oracle Cloud Solutions that meet business needs and drive process improvements.
  • Manage and coordinate solution dependencies across all Oracle Cloud modules, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Scope and architect functional solutions for customers, conduct requirements gathering sessions, and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Work closely with communications and training teams to ensure Oracle Cloud module updates are well-organized, understood, and professionally delivered.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of related business and/or IT experience.
  • At least 1 year of business systems analyst experience.
  • At least 1 year of Oracle Cloud or relative technology experience.
  • Understanding of Finance Oracle Cloud application and a willingness to learn.
