Job Summary:

Auditec Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Contract Compliance Auditor to join our dynamic team. As a Contract Compliance Auditor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our experienced audit team to identify contractual discrepancies and recover overbillings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct contract compliance audits by reviewing and analyzing contracts, invoices, and financial data to identify potential discrepancies.
  • Verify compliance with contractual terms, pricing agreements, discount structures, and other financial provisions.
  • Collaborate with the senior audit team to develop audit plans, perform fieldwork, and prepare audit reports.
  • Identify and quantify financial errors, overpayments, and underpayments, and assist in calculating potential recoveries.
  • Communicate audit findings in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in written reports.
  • Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the audit process.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices related to contract compliance auditing.
  • Maintain accurate audit documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the auditing process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of auditing principles, contract law, and accounting concepts is a plus (but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in auditing or a related field is beneficial but not required as this is an entry-level position.
