Spirit Store Clerk Job Description

The Gilbert Unified School District 41 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spirit Store Clerk to manage the daily operations of the Spirit Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and ensuring the availability of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and train student workers in store operations, including receiving, pricing, and stocking inventory.
  • Maintain contracts and vendor files to ensure compliance with district regulations.
  • Process documents and materials, including orders and requisitions for supplies.
  • Research discrepancies in financial information and documentation.
  • Assist other personnel as needed to support the completion of their work activities.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • AZ Driver's License.
  • Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance.

Working Environment:
The Spirit Store Clerk will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with students, staff, and vendors. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
