Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of AEM-based solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM components templates and workflows.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM-related issues to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate AEM with other systems.
- Develop and maintain AEM authoring tools to enhance content management capabilities.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of AEM solutions through effective system engineering practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement security measures to protect AEM environments from vulnerabilities.
- Optimize AEM configurations for improved performance and user experience.
- Provide training and support to content authors and other users of the AEM platform.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
- Contribute to the overall technology strategy and roadmap of the organization.
- Possess a strong background in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring.

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000/Year to $180,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
