Nighttime Nursing Director

**Job Summary:**
* Lead a team of nurses, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
* Ensure quality and safety protocols are met, overseeing patient care and responding to emergencies.
* Collaborate with staff, physicians, and management to optimize patient flow and improve care outcomes.
* Develop and maintain a culture of professionalism and respect within the department.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Current Washington or Multistate RN license.
* BLS & ACLS certifications.
* 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting, preferably with leadership roles or responsibilities.
* BSN or MSN preferred, or completion of BSN within 3 years.
* Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills, with a passion for patient care and teamwork.
