Event Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Collectors. As an Event Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing our exciting Drop-Off Events with Local Cards Shops and other industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies that align with Collectors' and PSA's objectives
  • Oversee end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, logistics, venue selection, and vendor management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event marketing plans are aligned with overall marketing strategies
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for events and provide regular reports on event success, ROI, and attendee feedback
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in event planning/coordination, ideally including significant exposure to trade shows and conventions
  • Ability to manage and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel) and Google Docs
  • A passion for collectibles and an understanding of the PSA and PCGS authentication and grading process
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $54,761-$70,000
