Marketing Assistant Role

At Angela Scribe, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in the execution of various marketing campaigns, projects, and administrative tasks. This role will involve assisting with market research, content creation, social media management, and other marketing activities to enhance our brand presence and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights for marketing decisions.
  • Help create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and newsletters, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Manage and update the company's social media accounts, ensuring timely and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels, promoting a cohesive brand experience.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for marketing materials and reports, ensuring easy access and retrieval of critical information.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the marketing department as needed, supporting the team's efforts to achieve our marketing objectives.

Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive and proactive attitude towards achieving our marketing goals.
