Our Corporate Communications team is seeking a

Measurement & Insights Analyst

to support a team that develops and delivers integrated communications reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop dashboards that assess the effectiveness of our communications initiatives related to our reporting pillars and objectives.
2. Collaborate with workstream owners to generate insights and recommendations for various stakeholders, focusing on insights that align with enterprise priorities according to the delivery schedule.
3. Analyze integrated datasets, ensuring dashboards and input datasets are regularly updated and validated.
4. Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required.
5. Stay informed about trends in digital measurement that can assist the organization in evolving to meet new challenges.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in:
1. A background in earned media reporting and analytics, with experience in utilizing data to narrate stories and influence decision-making.
2. Encouraging creative thinking regarding data usage and employing data to address unique business challenges across all Communications activities, including paid, earned, owned, and employee workstreams.
3. Leveraging data to support communications efforts and develop actionable insights.
4. Efficiently managing project execution, including the implementation of best practices.
5. Fostering a collaborative team environment, including participation in training initiatives and promoting employee career development.
6. Objectivity as a key and demonstrable character attribute.
7. Collaborating with workstream owners to develop optimizations based on data and insights, ensuring follow-up for implementation.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in analytics or strategy with a public relations agency, management consulting firm, or earned media corporate function in a relevant industry OR Master's Degree and 8+ years of experience in analytics or strategy with a public relations agency, management consulting firm, or earned media corporate function in a relevant industry.
2. Advanced knowledge and practical expertise in communication measurement and evaluation strategies or project management.
3. Proficiency in presenting data in a concise and visually appealing manner through scorecards, dashboards, or infographics.
4. Experience in scoping, building, and maintaining reporting dashboards (Looker Studio preferred) for internal and external use.
5. Familiarity with digital data technologies (DMPs, Google Analytics, digital tracking, keywords and taxonomies, tagging, media intelligence, data aggregation, etc.).
6. Promoting and democratizing the reporting and insights process to colleagues to ensure adoption.
7. Strong networking and communication skills combined with the ability to be perceived as trustworthy.
8. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with modern statistical learning methods (regression techniques, classification models, supervised and unsupervised learning, etc.).
2. Experience in translating business and executive objectives, along with organizational strategies to communicate team effectiveness.
3. Master's Degree preferred.

Salary Range:
$109,900 - $164,900

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
