At Leonardo DRS, we are seeking a skilled Financial Analysis Specialist to support our government contracts. This role will provide financial and program analysis management functions to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in Melbourne, FL. As a Financial Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and program management support to our department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support financial and program analysis management functions to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Prepare program bookings, revenue, operating profit, investment, and cash flow data.
  • Analyze job costs and billing processes for all contract types.
  • Negotiate and advocate for previously determined goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Support negotiations with government agencies, industry prime contractors, and foreign customers.
  • Conduct complex analytical studies and interpret results accurately.
  • Support government compliance and audit activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least three years of progressive experience in a government manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS & SOX.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
