About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Leadership Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading a team of educators to improve teaching and learning practices across the school.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating and implementing professional development programs for teachers and staff
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, community groups, and other educational institutions
  • Providing coaching and mentoring support to teachers and staff to improve their practice
  • Leading and participating in school-wide initiatives and projects to enhance student outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in education leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing professional development programs
  • A proven track record of improving student outcomes
Salary

The salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
