A.C. Coy Company is seeking a skilled Azure Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in planning, designing, and managing Azure infrastructures, along with a proven track record in implementing backup and disaster recovery strategies for Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, management, configuration, and organization of Azure infrastructures.
  • Deliver expert-level architectural designs for Azure-based environments.
  • Exhibit proficiency in DevOps tool chains and methodologies.
  • Craft solutions architecture and assess architectural options for private, public, and hybrid cloud frameworks, including IaaS, PaaS, and various cloud services.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for comprehensive cloud architecture, encompassing networking, provisioning, and management.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of Azure environments and propose best practices in Compute, Storage, Backup, Recovery, and Archiving.
  • Ensure that delivered solutions align with both technical and functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Utilize prior experience and innovative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges as they arise.
  • Stay informed about advancements in current cloud computing solutions and methodologies.
  • Provide direction to cross-functional teams regarding data usage and access in the cloud, particularly during significant transfers, updates, or modifications.
  • Engage in Root Cause Analysis reviews to enhance Azure system performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing technologies, applications, and trends.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, software applications, and design principles.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure (5+ years).
  • Expertise in cloud migration and data management, emphasizing data privacy and security (5+ years).
  • Proven experience in planning, designing, and managing Azure infrastructures (5+ years).
  • Experience in implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions for Azure (5+ years).
  • Ability to analyze Azure environments and recommend best practices in Compute, Storage, Backup, Recovery, and Archiving specific to Azure (5+ years).
