Position Overview:

As a Service Equipment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clients by ensuring the optimal performance of production equipment. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding service to clients, managing issue resolution in alignment with service level agreements to enhance customer relations.
  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills and specialized training in electromechanical systems to conduct repairs and maintenance on large-scale production machinery.
  • Perform comprehensive maintenance tasks, including technical diagnostics, software installations, and the effective use of remote troubleshooting tools.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing all maintenance activities and managing supply inventories for assigned equipment.
  • Offer guidance and support to team members regarding policies, procedures, and best practices in equipment repair.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in electromechanical systems, with proficiency in using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical circuits and interpret schematics.
  • Demonstrated reliability and superior time management skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
  • A valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage are required.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in various physical activities, including walking, standing, and driving.

Success Metrics:

In the initial months, you will be expected to:
  • Complete the onboarding and technical training programs successfully.

  • Manage service calls independently and effectively.
