Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to clients, managing issue resolution in alignment with service level agreements to enhance customer relations.

- Perform comprehensive maintenance tasks, including technical diagnostics, software installations, and the effective use of remote troubleshooting tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing all maintenance activities and managing supply inventories for assigned equipment.
- Offer guidance and support to team members regarding policies, procedures, and best practices in equipment repair.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in electromechanical systems, with proficiency in using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical circuits and interpret schematics.
- Demonstrated reliability and superior time management skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
- A valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage are required.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in various physical activities, including walking, standing, and driving.
