Key Supervisor Job Description

Bob Evans Restaurants is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Supervisor to join our team. As a Key Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations and staff of our restaurant, ensuring that Company standards are maintained and continually improved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily working supervision of team members during opening and closing shifts
  • Model professional behavior and create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • Maximize financial success through productive and guest-focused shifts
  • Open and/or close the restaurant in accordance with Company policies and procedures
  • Effectively handle guest complaints and provide highly satisfied guest experiences

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a leadership role is required
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant is strongly preferred

Physical Demands:

The Key Supervisor will regularly be required to stand for entire shifts, walk for long periods of time, and perform other physical demands as outlined in the job description.
