Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets and objectives as set forth.
- Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
- Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- Establish and maintain ongoing networking relationships with professionals such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers.
- Document all customer interactions in Agency Zoom.
- Comprehensively understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

Qualifications
- A genuine willingness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.

- Self-motivated individual who can work independently.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred; if not, must obtain within the first 30 days.
