Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, and maintaining a great store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience. Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and provide a fast and efficient register experience.
  • Sales and Merchandise: Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and maintain pricing and visual standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Support replenishment activities, assist with locate fulfillment, and assist with visual directives, including floor sets and window changes.
  • Teamwork and Growth: Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving, and seek personal developmental opportunities.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Retail or sales experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
  • Constant Walking/Standing % of 8-hour shift
  • Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
  • Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
