Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead the development and implementation of operational standardization and scalability strategies to improve resident satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Oversee the sales function and develop, implement, and sustain sales strategies to maximize revenue potential throughout the portfolio.

- Demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue growth, with a strong sales mindset.
- Track record of success with capital investment and redevelopment projects, divestitures, and acquisitions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute operational standardization and scalability strategies.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of the inter-relationships between financial and operational data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
