About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Tech to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications in a safe and organized manner
  • Document medication administration accurately
  • Provide resident care while upholding the Sunrise Senior Living mission
  • Promote a culture of quality care and services
Qualifications
  • L.P.N, LVN or state-specific licensed nurse credential
  • Must maintain certifications in states where required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
  • Ability to make informed decisions and act in the resident's best interest
  • Ability to remain calm in difficult situations
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
