Nurse Director Role

Seattle Operations LLC is seeking an experienced RN to fill our Charge Nurse position at Queen Anne Healthcare in Seattle, Washington.
Job Description:
- This is a leadership position that requires experience working in a skilled nursing facility.
- The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring high-quality care for our residents.
- They will also lead a team of Medication Aides and provide guidance on their duties.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for quality care.
- Prepare and administer medications, reviewing medication cards for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
- A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in this state.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
