Job Title: Project/Program Manager II

Job Description

The Project/Program Manager II will oversee the change management process within a narrowly scoped role and collaborate with multiple teams. This position involves ensuring the successful launch and delivery of software releases. Responsibilities include defining and executing the release process, planning customer notes, coordinating release readiness with QA partners, and identifying any release blocking defects. The role also encompasses managing the exemption process for releases outside the regular cadence, such as emergency releases and blockers. The manager will report on software release quality, covering operational metrics, process metrics, voice of the customer signals, and release train delays. Additional responsibilities include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing project/program progress. The manager will define and manage the software release calendar and cadence, accounting for major product launches, scheduled holidays, and emergent issues.
