Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Project Manager will be the company's representative to various stakeholders, including owners, design teams, trade partners, and authorities having jurisdiction. They will be responsible for ensuring project safety, managing pre-job planning activities, coordinating mobilization efforts, and enforcing project policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • Act as the company's representative to various stakeholders, including owners, design teams, trade partners, and authorities having jurisdiction.
  • Ensure project safety by promoting accountability among staff members and trade partners, enforcing project policies, and actively participating in safety-related functions.
  • Manage pre-job planning activities, coordinate mobilization efforts, and ensure timely completion of logistical support.
  • Monitor project costs and schedule progress, analyzing metrics and initiating course corrections as necessary.
  • Support the Project Superintendent in executing the project quality control plan, ensuring a qualified commissioning team is established, and quality expectations are set.
  • Mentor, train, and develop salary personnel in all aspects of their careers, providing timely feedback and ensuring participation in the performance review process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field with a minimum of five to ten years of commercial design-build project management or construction management experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, consistent and competent judgment, and the ability to work independently and with other team members.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, Primavera P6 or Asta, Prolog, and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to strategically allocate resources and effectively manage assets, with proven management capabilities and the ability to delegate tasks and motivate direct reports.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification.
