The University of Miami/UHealth is in search of a dedicated Clinical Nurse to become a vital part of the Spine and Brain Center at UTower.

The Clinical Nurse 1 provides patient-focused care by utilizing evidence-based practices to guarantee quality, safety, and service excellence.

  • Evaluates and assesses patient care strategies
  • Adjusts treatment plans based on patient feedback
  • Analyzes diagnostic results and collaborates with healthcare professionals
  • Offers compassionate care and administers medications
  • Communicates effectively with patients and healthcare team members
  • Aids in discharge planning and operates medical devices

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate of Science in Nursing required
  • Current Florida Registered Nurse License, ACLS, BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and care techniques
  • Problem-solving abilities and effective relationship management
  • Strong communication skills
