Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct needs analysis with prospective customers to understand their communication needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present and sell Spectrum's products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks to support sales activities.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training programs to stay up-to-date on products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Engaging interpersonal skills and ability to listen and articulate pitches to sell products and services.
  • Passion to succeed and strong personal drive to sell to prospective customers.
  • Ability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience, prospecting, or cold calling.
  • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services and data networking fundamentals.
Working Conditions
  • Spends approximately 90% of the time in an outside environment for extended periods in any season, with potential exposure to inclement weather.
  • Minimal time in an office environment.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels.
