Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and meet sales targets.
- Conduct needs analysis with prospective customers to understand their communication needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and sell Spectrum's products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks to support sales activities.
- Participate in sales meetings and training programs to stay up-to-date on products, services, and sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Engaging interpersonal skills and ability to listen and articulate pitches to sell products and services.
- Passion to succeed and strong personal drive to sell to prospective customers.
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle.
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Previous sales experience, prospecting, or cold calling.
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services and data networking fundamentals.
- Spends approximately 90% of the time in an outside environment for extended periods in any season, with potential exposure to inclement weather.
- Minimal time in an office environment.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels.
