Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the service manager in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of service invoices.
  • Update customer records with relevant equipment, usage hours, or other pertinent details from work orders.
  • Track the progress of service repairs, finalize work orders, and prepare customer invoices.
  • Compile efficiency reports for service technicians.
  • Respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers regarding service matters.
  • Warmly welcome visitors and manage incoming phone calls.
  • Provide Service Technicians with necessary parts as needed.
  • Follow up on any shortages and expedite resolutions by communicating with the manager.
  • Assist in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles in optimal condition.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in standard computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
