- Handle all insurance policy-related tasks, including collecting payments, identifying claim errors, and updating policy changes.
- Contribute to the success of the Agency by providing outstanding customer service and identifying opportunities for growth.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service-related roles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- State Insurance Licenses or willingness to obtain required licensure.
- Exclusive access to study materials and guaranteed job placement with our partner Insurance Agents.
- Full reimbursement of study materials and State Exam fee.
- Guaranteed base salary of $41,000/year and uncapped commission.
We offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a team-oriented culture. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM, with potentially Saturday hours, 9AM-1PM.
