The Team

As an integral member of the End User Marketing and Analytics team, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our product. Your primary focus will be to harness the capabilities of AI to assess the needs of our loyalty platform. You will enhance Ascenda's Campaign Suite, which will propose communication and incentive strategies to boost acquisition and engagement. Unlock limitless potential by enabling Ascenda Campaigns to integrate seamlessly with our clients' existing marketing infrastructures, facilitating both inbound and outbound campaigns, communications, analyses, and more. In your role as a Staff Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Engineering, Business Development, Go-To-Market, and Partnership teams.

Your Impact

  • You will guide the roadmap and priorities of your domain by thoroughly understanding user needs, competitive landscape, and our product offerings, fostering a shared vision among stakeholders.
  • Enhance collaboration by providing marketers with a comprehensive front-end display library for their loyalty programs and applications.
  • Empower partners to develop partner-funded redemption initiatives and create dedicated advertising displays for partners within Ascenda User Experiences.
  • You will oversee all lifecycle phases of a product from conception to retirement, ensuring that deliverables are clear, releases are timely, and user engagement is maintained.
  • Collaborate directly with our engineers and other key stakeholders to identify optimal solutions and deliver impactful features.

Who You Are

  • Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, working closely with engineering teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS or consumer applications is essential, preferably within the Mar-Tech sector.
  • You possess extensive experience in consumer journey mapping, user research, and experimentation.
  • Proficient in market research and analysis, with experience in APIs and vendor integration.
  • You are a versatile problem-solver who approaches challenges with innovative solutions, possessing a strong instinct for technical and commercial viability.
  • You have a solid understanding of business principles and a foundational knowledge across finance, marketing, design, sales, analytics, and communication.
  • You excel at simplifying complex concepts and articulating solutions in clear, concise, and comprehensive terms.
  • You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various functions within a technology organization.
  • You have a demonstrated capacity for problem-solving by synthesizing information and maintaining a broad perspective.

The salary for this position ranges from $199k to $210k annually, based on experience.
