We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at The Oxford Center. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients.

About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to serving our clients. You will work closely with our team to create simulated conditions, formulate treatment plans, and administer interventions that promote positive behavior change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
  • Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed to promote positive behavior change
  • Collaborate with other professionals to suggest additional treatment and support services
  • Operate within time, financial, and other resource constraints while maintaining high-quality care
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in research on evidence-based practices and advocate for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Licensed BCBA in the State of Michigan
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to act decisively and maintain client dignity
  • Proven work experience as a BCBA or similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients, families, and co-workers
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills
  • Adherence to ethical standards in HIPAA and the BCBA code of ethics
