Job Title: Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at The Oxford Center. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with Autism.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement treatment and programs designed to improve the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing ABA services to clients with Autism, under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collecting and recording data on patient behavior
  • Collaborating with our clinical services team (SLP, OT, PT) to ensure seamless transitions for our clients
  • Providing a safe and supportive environment for patients and families
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience working with children and/or special needs community preferred but not required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Compassionate and kind demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and act decisively
  • Proficient computer skills
