About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at the Oxford Recovery Center. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism, working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement treatment plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with Autism, working closely with a BCBA to implement treatment plans and programs.
  • Collect and record data on patient behavior, tracking progress and measuring outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our clinical services team, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs), to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and families, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Special Education or related field preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience working with children and/or individuals with special needs is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multitask, act decisively, and maintain client dignity.
  • Proficient computer skills and physical fitness required.
