Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and improved outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA Strategies: Utilize ABA methods to address behavioral goals and support student progress.
  • Conduct Therapy Sessions: Provide both individual and group therapy sessions using established ABA practices.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective behavior management.
  • Record Keeping and Progress Reports: Maintain accurate records and progress reports on student behavior and therapy outcomes.
  • Feedback and Communication: Update parents and work closely with your BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst).
  • Flexibility: Travel between schools within the district as required.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED is a must.
  • Experience: Prior experience in ABA or similar settings preferred.
  • Certification: RBT certification is advantageous but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ABA principles and effective communication skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel between schools as needed.
Position Details
  • Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday, within 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Salary: $22 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
