J&J Snack Foods is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our iconic snack food brands. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand growth, increasing market share, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for our brands, including market research, competitive analysis, and product development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify key customer insights and develop customer-specific strategies.
- Lead the development of brand selling stories and strategies, using data to inform both short- and long-term positions.
- Function as a category expert for the categories relevant to our brands.
- Develop and execute strategies for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, and other marketing vehicles.
