About the Job

As a Member Services Representative I, you will play a vital role in supporting our members by phone, email, and in chat. You will be responsible for answering member queue contacts, completing member requests, and managing member complaints and concerns. You will also be responsible for informing members of appropriate programs and options that may benefit them or solve a problem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer member queue contacts and complete member requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage member complaints and concerns to the best of your ability and offer reasonable solutions.
  • Inform members of appropriate programs and options that may benefit them or solve a problem.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation on all calls/contacts.
  • Actively promote one contact resolution by proactively responding to member issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
  • One or more years of practical equivalent experience in member/customer service required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong drive to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work with a multi-screen, multi-application computer system.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
