Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Assist members with their purchases, including loading and unloading carts and providing information about products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and cleaning the parking lot and ensuring that carts are available and ready for use.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly wage range of $19.00 to $26.00.
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
