Job Title: Tire Removal Specialist

Castle Tire is seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our recycling team as a Tire Removal Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our drivers in providing prompt and courteous tire removal services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ride with a driver and assist with providing tire removal services at customer locations.
  • Hand-load tire waste into trailers (up to 100 lbs).
  • Lift and move tires of all sizes.
  • Complete pre-and post-operation vehicle inspection in accordance with Company policy.
  • Courteously interact with customers, dispatchers, and others to ensure all customer routes are serviced promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
  • Legally able to work in the United States.
  • Previous experience in a similar work environment.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and manipulating large and heavy tires (up to 150 lbs).
