Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer communications by making outgoing calls and emails to address inquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Consult on customer success by advising clients on how to leverage products/services based on their unique needs.
  • Maintain working product knowledge as a subject matter expert to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
  • Track interactions in CRM systems for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
  • Provide clients with knowledge to make informed decisions about their needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
  • Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
