Job Summary:

Mid-Atlantic Crane is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our crane fabrication process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wiring and Electrical Installation: Ensure that all electrical wiring and installations are completed to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding industry regulations.
  • Electrical Field Issues: Identify and resolve electrical field issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring the safety of our team and equipment.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and assist in field work during startups and load testing, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Communication and Coordination: Keep team members informed about required supplies, project progress, and any issues that may arise, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the fabrication process.
  • Assistance and Support: Offer assistance to the installation team during crane installation, startups, and load testing, providing expertise and guidance to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical field operations and management
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
