  • Delivering Post-Acute Care: Monitor the physical and mental wellbeing of residents and track their vital signs
  • Intakes and Documentation: Perform intakes of residents and document their health concerns and medical histories

  • Supply Management: Help maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies

Requirements:
  • Current LPN License: Current Rhode Island state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Education: High school graduation, GED, or equivalent, and a degree from an approved LPN training program
